A Brief Overview
Repair Reimbursement Program: The Elite Inspection Warranty is a Repair Reimbursement Program. This means that consumers are responsible for getting estimates, selecting their contractors and then submit receipts or estimates as part of the claims process. Eligible repair expenses will be paid up to the plan limits.
Per Property: Properties are registered on a per-property basis. There are no monthly minimums or subscription costs. Inspectors create an account at https://eliteinspectionwarranty.com or InterNACHI Members register at https://eliteinspectionwarrnaty.com/internachi to set up your account and start submitting warranties. Plan Terms: All plan terms are from 90 days from closing or 120 from the date of the inspection whichever comes first. All properties must be registered within 10 days of the date of the inspection.
Processing Claims: Claims are processed directly with Elite. We do not offer any phone pre-approvals. All clients who think they may have coverage should submit a claim. All communications with client are done in writing. Claims are processed easily through an online form (https://eliteconsumerwarranty.com/report-a-claim).
Three Plans to Choose From: Inspectors have three plans to choose from with the most popular plan being the Pro Plan being the most popular plan for both InterNACHI and not InterNACHI Members. For pricing information click on the appropriate information below:
